This is very interesting! Thank you! My menopause community would definitely be interested in this info. I personally took NAC for a while, but mainly for antioxidant support, now I am thinking that could be a reason I do not have brain fog as a meno symptom :)

Feel free to share it with your friends or Facebook group :) Yes indeed, NAC is also a wonderful cell repair tool, and may contribute to hormonal regulation in some people. I really hope it helped you in your health journey. It is very important to make this knowledge accessible to all.

This is good to know. It's coming soon and I want to prepare myself, as much as I can anyway.

This is amazing info. More people need to know about the impact of nutrition on our well-being. There is a lot of misinformation out there.

I prefer to get it the natural way. These foods have small amounts of glutathione:

• Asparagus

• Avocados

• Spinach

• Okra

• Zucchini

• Cucumber

• Tomatoes

Cooking can reduce glutathione content, so raw or lightly cooked is best.

Oh this is great, I will add a part with the food rich in glutathione. Yes it is better absorbed I think. Supplements without foods sometimes makes the stomach hurts, in some people.

Thanks so much for this!! I had long covid for around a year back in 2022-23 and even though I'm waayy better now I do think the brain fog has never fully cleared for me. Definitely going to try this so 🤞 and thank you!!
